(More customer reviews)Great product, excellent manufacturer, top quality, good price. But, I use the mid-shank-curve type forks for most of my cooking, and this thing is not the same, its perfectly straight. Kind of awkward to hold a piece of meat with the same kind of leverage, maybe its just me, plus its "elegant" look makes it a dainty tool, and doesn't feel sturdy. If you want a BBQ/utility fork, this is NOT the one. This is a turkey carving fork.
